Salix Homes, Salford Council landlords, spend a whopping twenty three thousand pounds, on refitting the shop on the Salford Shopping Center, almost things acquired there was new Information and communications technology system installed, and a brand new CCTV system, despite claiming to have no money and increasing tenants rent rates.
As Salfordians struggle to pay their rent, council tax and household bills, Salix homes claim to have 'upgraded' their premises on the Salford precinct, now its well known that this shop was once used for rent enquiry's, Salford property shop and any other general enquiry's you may have for the local council, Salix now claim this shop is only used for 'repair's' enquiry's only, so why would Salix need to 'upgrade' the shop, RWB Salford would say its a downgrade as many of the original responsibility's have been sent else where
It is also a well known fact Social housing in Salford doesn't work, bogus bidding systems and up to 10 year waiting lists to get on a tenancy from the council, whilst other people from over sea's get express service and the monopoly to the majority of houses, fully furnished on Salix portfolio, all at the expense of the tax payer
