Labours John Merry’s personal portfolio as leader of Salford Council has a lot to be desired, he has lead the Council to millions of pounds of debt, created a corruption culture at the council, witnessed by staff at all levels, lead to Salford Land being sold off cheaply to private investors to bull doze Council Houses, Sealed the deal for the closure of its Magistrates and County Courts, Constructed a real house crisis for Locals due to Immigrants express service at top of all housing lists. Destroyed the local NHS services by cutting services, maternity ward being one. Damaged Police front line’s with cuts and even getting caught short in the riots.

The Labour leader has killed jobs for locals as migrants are reaping all the benefits and taking jobs for cheap labour. Salford Appoints Eddy O’Sullivan Mayoral Candidate

Key officials, activists and members met and appointed long time stalwart Edward O’Sullivan to be their candidate for the May 3rd 2012 Salford Mayoral Elections. Eddy told the room that, as elected British National Party Mayor, he would be looking for transparency for all Salford City Council accounts. Every single penny should be accounted for and published for public scrutiny.

Eddy would scrap any frivolous and ill-considered council funded projects. For instance events such as Gay Pride parades, ‘Asylum Seeker Weeks’ and paying for Bangladeshi women to learn English. These projects offer no benefit to the vast majority of the people of Salford.

Eddy says “Public funds should be used to deliver the services that the silent majority of Salfordians wish for and not to subdue the extravagant demands of vociferous minorities, The system is currently unfair and we are here to provide fairness for all.

Common sense should be applied when considering any public spend. This will serve to drive down Council Tax. A full review is needed of the way public services are funded. We can’t keep to the lunatic Labour policy of borrowing, spending then borrowing again to pay those debts. It is very simple… we can only spend what we have got in our pocket and if we haven’t got it in our pocket then we can’t have it!

Eddy wants to make sure that the people employed by Salford council are doing the job they are employed to do in an efficient and cost effective manner. This means no more spending millions on consultants to do the job for them, shape up or ship out.

A full scrutiny of the Education policies within the City’s schools will be performed. We will not be teaching primary school children about sex and homosexuality. It is wrong and it has got to stop. Eddy states he wants common sense to replace political correctness.

Eddy is looking to create an environment where a strong and growing private sector can contribute to a leaner, more efficient public sector. Eddy wants local jobs to go to local people. Eddy wants the City to be investing in industry as share-holders and not simply handing out grants to hare-brained ‘make work’ schemes that hold out no hope of ever returning anything of benefit.

Eddy sums the mayoral elections up by saying “We the British National Party are the party representing the silent majority. It is vitally important to engage with that silent majority to let them know that there is a party that cares about them and that, in order to get what they wish for, all they have to do is vote for Eddy and The British National party. Saturday 4th February 2012 Officials from the British National Party around the country meet in Coventry, for the annual organisers conference, Salford delegate’s attended for their branch, and to show unity for the Party and the chairman Nick Griffin MEP.

It has been witnessed Salford Council, and the Labour Party seem to think they are up and above the rules of the electoral commission.

Under Regulation 18 of the Local Authorities Referendum Regulations, the Counting Officer, Barbara Spicer, must appoint a number of Count Observers, who will be able to observe the count, and opening of postal votes.

Access To The Count

A list of name’s was produced of the people who follow the rules who rightfully and applied for tickets for the count, who also had to give full disclosure of their home address’s, and if they was Yes / No vote backers.

On the night of the count a few waves and strays, decided they were above the rules, and gate crashed the event. Mitie Security who have a twenty five year contract and charge the council hundreds and thousands of pounds for security for the council, manning the door on the night, allowed non ticket holders to obtain access to the building.

“In the Past, I have had activist refused access due to no tickets, its out of order Labour Councillors are not above the rules.

“Barbara Spicer should now resign from her 200K Job, for bringing the council in to disrepute by showing her true political feelings. Also the contract with the cow boy outfit firm Mitie Security should be cancelled, for allowing such a serious event to be stormed by opposition party’s.

Ground breaking history was achieved last night, as the Salfordian’s turn their backs on the Labour Party, and vote a massive YES at the major referendum.

Local Labour leaders, councillors and their very own tax evader Hazel Blears MP were strongly urging a NO vote, and blamed the British National Party for the referendum itself being called, using this as their main objective to the voters.

Indeed the British National Party did add its almighty weight behind the YES campaign, with activist’s and candidate’s canvassing the doors of the voters, which swayed the election to our direction.

Salford Council, one of the regions biggest spenders waste £141 Million in the first 6 months of the financial year, this come as the bite of the cuts begin to take place.

Virgin Media received £242,000 for broadband services, between April and September. £5000 was paid to ‘Forensic’ computer experts Zentec in June, the firm was employed to help council trading standards officers scrutinise computers as part of a counterfeit goods raid. £12,000 was paid to Noisy Drink Company for providing soft drinks re-sale in schools across the city.

£980 to Cool Canvas who provided a promotion of out door learning centres, and a bonus of £1500 was spent on Tesco gift cards, that were given to ‘residents’ to spend on health food to cook on behalf of the council run nutrition scheme.

A whopping £186,595.47 was spent with the Lowry, and some of that went on the education art and community program and the rest was spent on preservation and display of Lowry artwork which is free to all visitors .

Sunday 15th January saw a fantastic turnout to the first meeting in 2012 of the British National Party’s Manchester Branch. Although it is very early in the New Year it was wonderfully encouraging to have so many committed Nationalists from all over the Greater Manchester area gathered in this central location to be treated to a brilliantly inspirational speech given by the Bolton Organiser Dot Sayers.

The meeting was hosted and chaired by Party stalwart Eddy O’Sullivan who presided over a delightfully lively and good humoured event. Representatives were present from Manchester, Bury, Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside, Salford, North Cheshire and Trafford.

The first part of the meeting was taken up with local issues. Eddy O’Sullivan gave a review of the projects that had been pursued over the last twelve months and a summary of the progress that has been made with those campaigns.

Then it was all about building for the future.

Eddy asked who would be willing to put themselves forward for activism in 2012 and the response can only be described as phenomenal. Everyone that was in attendance at the packed meeting put themselves forward in some way. Whether that be stuffing envelopes or carrying out full blown election campaigns, local or National, everybody present had something to offer. There was a particular focus on the local council elections in May, The Mayoral Referendum in Salford, the Mayoral Elections in the City of Manchester and the position of an elected Police Commissioner for Greater Manchester which will take place in November.

After a short break a raffle was held with one lucky Boltonian picking up a bottle of Scotland’s best known export and a collection was taken which produced a three figure sum for the cause.

Dot Sayers then gave a truly inspirational speech.

The areas she covered ranged from ‘why the British National Party is the ONLY Party that can deliver true democracy in Britain’. She also talked about the destruction of British Identity by mass immigration and faith systems that are alien to the indigenous people of these islands. She talked about how our traditional freedoms are being eroded by The EU and the people who claim to be our own government. The disgusting, biased practices of the current judicial system were also put up for discussion with numerous examples of how the justice system fails the victims of crime and favours the perpetrators of crime with unlimited support and a completely Marxist pandering to the ‘umanrites’ of the convicted felon. The speech was punctuated by spontaneous rounds of loud applause and a standing ovation at the end.

Juggling time between family, work and a social life is not very easy as a organiser of the British National Party, A lot of hard work and commitment has to be made to run a very successful branch and as a number one rule, it has to be done for the future of our existence in our own country.

There has been the bad times, lies from party descendants, attacks from the left wing Marxist media and personal attacks by the labour party thugs on me as a British National Party organiser, they are the times I like to forget. Then we have the good times, a stronger than ever British National Party, A democratically elected chairman Nick Griffin MEP and support on a all times high, in my city it’s a seven to one thumbs up in support.

Salford as a branch as come on strength by strength and the support for nationalism is greater than ever before. The branch meetings are always busy, and the membership and enquiry’s are on the increase once again, we have held 50% more table tops in all local precincts, England is for life, Bring the boys home and the EU Referendum petitions have all hit home with all the local Salfordian’s with scores of public want to sign up to our hard hitting controversial issues.

Local By Elections, our most recent one in Eccles saw candidate Kay Pollitt push the Lib Dems under our name once again, and it’s a continuing trend. Dubbed the third main party in Salford, we are now getting involved with more pressing local issues what effects the voter the most.

At the height of its game Salford British National Party, using the Freedom Of Information act has exposed the NHS on interpreters and the real threat of HIV/AIDS in the Northwest, HMP Forrest bank and its exclusive luxury 5 star food menu’s for prisoners and most recently the great asylum give away, fuel top ups for all.

Its also been a great pleasure to work with Northwest MEP and Party chairman Nick Griffin to serve his constituency of Salford. Mr Griffin MEP has more effort in, more than some of the Labour Councillors and MP’s, Nick was first to lend a hand at the horrific Irlam blast, and first to visit the Riot carnage what hit the city and tore the heart of the community last year. Nick has also attended tabletops / by elections and canvassing sessions to get hands on with activists and get to know his voters, all of which has been given the media blackout.

I can not go on with out saying a massive thank you to one of our ammoniums business men, who supports the party and its British Jobs for British Workers attitude, making large donations all year round to the Salford Branch, this will be eternally grateful for, you have gone above your call of duty.

A thank you to all Salford activists, candidates and other branch’s from around the country who have helped us over the past year, because with out you it is not possible

This is an all year round fight, you can not expect to come along at election time and start winning, it about street presence and visibility, Get involved with local issues, get your name and face known, find out interesting facts by using the freedom of information, invest in marked electro registers, get to know who is voting. The hard work you do will pay off at election time, the more you put in the more you get back is my view

A lesson is to be learnt here, never lose hope or faith, nationalism Is on the rise in our country but with out you on board we can not take back what is rightfully ours. Its never to late,

The Salford branch is now making head way and getting noticed, all though we are not the ruling body, we do hold all the power as the only opposition party in the city, and without our party and presence the labour run council would unchallenged.

After recent exposure of Salford Council, giving fuel top ups hand outs to asylum seekers, £120 Gas and £90 Electric was handed out as a continuing all year round payment, extra contingencies were put in place for the asylum seekers to see they were warm and comfortable over Christmas period.

Salax Homes Salford Council social housing landlords, have been forced to now go and visit over 100 council tenants and give each resident a pack containing items to keep warm over the winter period, Also in the pack were tips on how to keep warm and keep healthy and advice on what to do if things go wrong, a 24 hour around the clock advice line has also been set up.

Local rag Salford Advertiser have reported this in this weeks paper, and fail to mention it was the British National Party, who brought this controversial issue up, and a credit should go to the party, but insist the council did it out of the goodness of there own back

Thank you for your letter dated 14/12/11 ref BS/MMH, I would just like to respond and pick you up on two separate matters of my own,

1, The video on you tube, you have requested me to remove will remain in place, as it is a matter of public interest, although I am a fair man, and we can come to some reasonable agreement on the removal of the video, I would advise Salford Council to immediately stop the funding of British tax payers money in regards to fuel handouts to asylum seekers, and publicly announce this fact, then we can talk about the video being took off you tube, but if not then the video will remain in place.

Salford Council’s attitude towards the British People is absolutely disgraceful, to suggest our own OAP’s who fought in wars for this country, have to fend for themselves in the winter, whilst an asylum seeker who has paid nothing into the country gets looked after and gets free fuel hand outs at the expense of the British tax payers, which we demand an apology and a plea for the same deal.

2, The second point I would like to draw to your attention is Salford Council’s social network, facebook. The first point I will make is what a total waste of tax payers money it is, three members of staff are paid totalling just under 96 thousand pounds to play around and run the site.

Clare Hunter and the other staff in her team, do not do a good enough job in running the social networks, firstly Salford Council is listed as a ‘local business’ despite Salford Council claiming it is a ‘statutory body’. Secondly comments and questions are very rarely answered and thirdly the social networks are not being run fairly, you only seem to promote the Labour Party which is unfair to other opposition party’s such as Salford elected member of the European parliament Nick Griffin,

The last point on Social networks I will make is as a Salford Tax payer and your employer, remember you work for the public. I have every right to place comments on ‘public owned’ Salford Council facebook wall, as for the councils social media rules and guidelines, I have no contract with the council and since your own staff can not adhere by its own ruling on the political postings because of all the labour propaganda, you really have no rights to tell me what to post and I hold my human rights to a freedom of expression and speech.

If Salford Council choose to ban me from the social network sites, I would expect a full reimbursement on my council tax, along with all other British National Party members and supporters as you are denying us our freedom of speech, and this service of social networks of what you offer, We will not be expected to foot the bill for some thing we don’t get.

I hope this clarifies every thing for you Barbara, and take on board and answer what I say

Salford Council employ a team of three staff at the civic centre at the tune of 94 thousand pounds to the tax payer, to moderate social media network sites such as facebook and twitter

On facebook Salford Council is describes it self as a ‘local business’ and a ‘company’ despite a freedom of information request, claiming the council is a statutory body.

So this leaves two questions. We will be asking the local council.

1. On social networks Salford Council refers to its self as a ‘local business’ and a ‘company’ what type of company / local business are they running?

2. Is this a common mistake by the council incompetent and over paid IT Social network specialists, and if so what action will be taken?

Anonymous source sends Salford British National Party, a letter from the local council with details of payment of fuel expenses due to handed out to asylum seekers over the Christmas and new year period, despite far left groups and blogs claiming the letter was a fake.

The letter what was found in a near by local hospital on the floor out lines how a £120 of gas and £90 of electric fuel top up for pre payment meters will be handed out to see the asylum seekers warm and well over the cold season, despite our own OAP’s who will be again freezing to death, this winter.

A British National Party undercover investigation headed by Gary Tumulty Organiser, lead to the council being exposed, a conversation between Salford Council and Gary can be heard, and the common purpose council staff try to justify how its right, and how hard up the asylum seekers are. A 2009/10 figure obtained by the freedom of information, show how the Salford tax payer funded asylum seeks to the tune of £137, 315.20, with hand out from rent, utility bills and fully furnished houses.

Fortunately, the problem was quickly spotted and overcome. “The revised leaflets now back on this site are therefore ‘good to go’,” says Adam Walker, who is helping to co-ordinate the growing campaign in his capacity as a member of Mr. Griffin’s European office staff. “We’re set to see large numbers given out tomorrow all over the country and especially in London.”

Last weeks Salford Advertiser dated Thursday November 3rd 2011 features a column about John Merry, Labour Council Leader claiming the British National Party was in favour of the Mayor Referendum, This position is absolutely correct, as the third main party in Salford we will forever be committed to democracy for the Salfordian’s.

Mr Merry continues to say the British National Party are about to waste £200,000 for the referendum, This is simply not true, We as a party have never wasted, or in fact even, spent one single penny of tax payers money. Labour are the ones in power and indeed wasting the cash, and have been doing for many years.

John Merry Expense claims for last year was £38,265, well over his basic allowance of £10,080, he claimed £28,155 on ‘special allowance’s’ What are the special allowance’s John? The Labour controlled Salford Council have wasted fortunes of tax payers money on such ventures as, Free food festivals, Ice Rinks, Biscuit funds and the general lining of their own greedy MP’s and councillors pockets in bogus expense claims, like the £300,056 of special allowance’s claimed by Salford Councillor’s last year.

A Salford Labour controlled council is a very costly one with one of the highest council tax rate in the Greater Manchester area, The British National Party would reduce Salford Council Tax rate to a minimum with out cutting services, The Salford Riots is a result of Labours cost cutting, rate increasing and pushing more Salfordian’s into poverty, not to mention the slash they made in Greater Manchester Police Services

Help is needed for the British National Party’s Eccles by-election campaign this week before polling day on Thursday. At the weekend activists from Salford, Liverpool and Bolton all came to do their bit for the cause.

The pregnant candidate, Kay Pollitt, is still going door to door to take the opportunity to speak to constituents.

One elderly gentleman, a World War II veteran who flew a spitfire, told Kay he didn’t recognise his estate anymore and feels really let down by Labour. He went on to tell Kay he has voted via postal vote for the British National Party for the very first time in his life and thanked Kay for standing up and giving him the chance to vote for us.

Kay said: “It was a very good weekend all round, and I would like to thank all those who travelled a long distance to take the time to help me out in this election.”

A very productive meeting was held in Salford by a small amount of activists and long standing members, Organiser Gary Tumulty spoke about new policies, he would like the Party to put before the members at the annual conference.

Amongst all the new motions were idea’s about child benefits, the deportation of foreign dependants, free education for British Students, and the immediate imprisonment of any body defacing or vandalising of British War Memorials

New idea’s were also discussed to activists for the Eccles By Election Candidate Kay Pollitt, we must concentrate on the people who are actually voting, and this information has been gathered by requesting copies of the marked registers from the ward.

Surprisingly enough the meeting seemed to draw attention from the other room where the locals were drinking, one asked to join up handing his details to us and some locals bought the party’s paper the Voice of Freedom along with making a donation.

Gary Tumulty Salford British National Party Organiser explains “This sort of meeting is democracy at work, lots of new refreshing idea’s came out from member’s and activists. Its not the same when you have a speaker in, you are only preaching to the converted, This lets every member get activily involved with how the party runs and which direction we should be moving”

A baby boom amongst the immigration population of Salford has took it’s toll on the Salford education system extra help bussed in and old class rooms are re-opened.

Salford primary schools numbers have shot right up, since a whole new wave of immigrants who have been invited to come and stay and live in Salford.

Its been reported that Salford council chiefs are so worried, that an extra 750 places have now been created within the primary schools, along with extra hands brought in to help out with this awful mess, what Labour have brought in.

It is estimated this will cost the Salford tax payer an extra £630,000 to provide the education for the mass immigrant flux what has hit Salford, coming from eastern Europe, the figure is only estimated and could rise up even further.

It is said some schools are converting areas such as IT suites back into teaching spaces, while others are building temporary classrooms, along with drafting in extra teachers to deal with the education crisis

A Salford Council report says “However, this may be unavoidable. Unfortunately, it is not predictable how many families will choose to live in Salford or relocate within Salford.”

The independent 21st Century Learning Commission said there would be a 1,400 shortfall by 2016, equivalent to three large primary schools. In total, 24 schools have provided an extra 623 reception places and 131 in Year One and Year Two

Salford Council have recently employed a Social Media Manager Clare Hunter who gets on average £34 Thousand Pound a year to control such site’s like twitter and facebook for the public to explain what the elected bodies do for them, and let the Salfordian’s have their say on their wall’s. That unless you are an elected member of the British National Party

Clare Hunter and Salford Council have refused to place any status’s up in regards to Mr Nick Griffin MEP, for his work he does as part of his democratically elected role as MEP, Mr Griffin visits Salford to visit his constituency, to take up local issues, and any concerns Salfordian’s have.

Most recent British National Party Chairman Nick Griffin MEP visited Salford after the riots that had been seen on the evening of 8th August. Salford Council have placed a black out on the work Mr Griffin does for Salford as MEP and continuing to promote the work of the dead leg Labour Party members.

Salford Council use facebook and twitter as a Labour propaganda machine, as they do not have problem tweeting and placing status’s what Labour Party members are doing, and continue to refuse to explain what Mr Nick Griffin does for Salford, and even going as far as to say they don’t work for him or the European Union. This also comes after claiming £2,887,574 from the EU since January 2010

Salford Council’s Clare Hunter also thinks it is acceptable to remove any comments British National Party supporters, members or officials decide to place on their Facebook wall, In Clare’s words this is done because they don’t like heated debates on there wall.

Barbara Spicer Chief Executive of Salford Council is insistence that they are all for democracy in our town, but this constant removing of comments and Social Blackout of the British National Party member is a clear breech of there own rules, The Extreme Left Socialist Labour Party run Salford Council and will never allow for any one with opinions opposed to wicked ways to have they say, elected or not.

Salford Council have admitted there is nothing they can do about discrimination in regards to selecting tenants for house’s and selected certain public on a ethnicity chose.

The Property Place Manchester have sent out and advert on there web site advertising properties on the Irwell Riverside ward of Salford for Chinese’s Only, its discrimination to the highest order.

After three emails sent over two week asking very awkward questions and for Salford council to respond, they finally admit there is no sanction the Local Authority can impose to insure discrimination over ethnicity to select tenants can be allowed to happen.

Houses in Salford like many other parts of the country are hard to come by, There is far to many people and not enough houses and now landlords are dictating and calling for certain ethnicity’s and shutting others out.

The British National Party is calling for common sense ‘Put the British first, Local Houses for Local People’ we are sick of being put to the back of the que and on forever never ending social housing waiting lists.

This type of threat is real, and unstoppable, The real possibility here is that you could get a landlord who buys a massive patch of houses and can now put one type of foreign nationals in one area, you will see city’s colonized even quicker, such as Rochdale / Oldham and Moss Side.

Could Salford Council please tell me the guide lines on private landlords and discrimination of an ethnicity of being allowed to move into property's?
Would the council say its acceptable for a landlord to pick and choose on who they rent house's / flats out based on there ethnicity? I.E. Only accepting white people in?

If a landlord does decide to do this, would the council say any laws would have been broken?
If so what laws are we looking at? or would it be deemed to be political incorrect or racist?

With regard to your recent enquiry I can confirm that private sector lettings are the responsibility of the individual private landlords concerned and the Local Authority cannot comment on hypothetical scenarios. We would expect that private sector landlords follow all legal obligations when letting properties.

If I had a complaint of concern in regards to Lardlords who are letting properties on the basis of ethnicity who can I complain to?
What would Salford Council have to say on the matter of letting on the ethnicity as well, and what extent do Salford council have dealing with private landlords?

Is Salax Homes / City West considered Private Landlords as they as I understand it sub letting for Salford City Council?
Have Salford Council had any complains in regards to landlords / letting out properties in respect of ethnicity?

Mr Tumulty I will need to look into some of the points you raise and get back to you. I'm not aware of any complaints, it would be useful if you gave me an idea of what landlord/s you are concerned about, since they are regulated in different ways. I wouldn't consider Salix and City West private landlords, they are considered to be social housing. Private landlords let properties on assured shorthold tenancies of typically 6 or 12 months, whereas Salix and City West offer secure tenancies.

Number 6 to the council

I have had a complaint raised with my self over a private landlord who has discriminated over the ethnicity of the way they select there tenant, what type of action can the council take if i provide you with the details and location of the property.

Number 7 from the council

I'm not aware of any sanction the Local Authority would have in this instance but I will look into this for you.

Scam Of The Year Goes To Britain First

Salford British National Party Members,

I hope you all have had the chance to read through the latest edition of the British Nationalist. There was an article in it on the moneymaking scam by Britain First. Britain First has nothing whatsoever to do with the British National Party and has been proscribed. Through the likes of Jim Dowson and Co, they have our details and are trying desperately to unsettle our party and at the same time fleece as much money off our members before they close it down and move onto their next scam.

Britain First is an Ltd Co, so they can simply filter the donations and membership money away and declare themselves bankrupt. In times of austerity, it would be very upsetting if anyone were to fall for this scam. I urge you all not to attend any of their meetings and certainly not to hand over any money. If you are approached by them in any way, send all the details to party HQ, and hopefully we can put a stop to them. Please spread the word and let as many people know about this scam as possible.

Members from Salford / Rochdale / Oldham and Manchester gathered at well attended August Salford monthly meeting with guest speaker North West Regional Organiser Councillor Mike Whitby

Mike’s moving speech was about the illuminate and the new world order, You control the money and you control the British Empire no matter who is in power, Mike explained the Frankfurt school and it 11 point plan, how it was set out to destroy and destruct nationalism in the 1920’s and how it is all coming true today.

Mike took questions and answers session, one being about the Dunblane massacre a multiple murder-suicide which occurred at Dunblane Primary School and how the government had covered it up placing gagging order on the whole investigation surround it, the biggest cover up of all time

Mike continued to tell members what the Northwest Branch’s activities and how important it is we are to keep active and visible on the streets, We have to defend our people and our country from the current traitors in power. Mike took the opportunity to appoint a new Rochdale Organiser David Oloughlin

A donation from the members was collected of £150 of which £100 was donated by a local anonymous business man which will go towards the truth truck petrol costs.

Greater Manchester Police Top Copper Mr Fahy

Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police Peter Fahy is now defending a 1.6 Million Pound spending cut and saying his force must be run more like Argos in a bid to make GMP more clever.

Fahy says 35 of 56 Greater Manchester Police Front desk jobs are set to go as part of the government cuts but this doesn’t mean that normal officers would be hiding away from the public but instead they would be more responsive to calls and surgery’s

Fahy went on to explain : “When you order your table from Argos you expect them to get back to you and tell you what time they will call round.

“There's no reason why GMP should be any different.

“Local front offices are very important to local people and the priority was always to keep a number open, which we will be doing.

“But a number simply aren't used and aren't cost-effective.

“It is important to reiterate that the police stations themselves will remain open and we will still be dealing with local issues.

“This could be through PCSO surgeries at local libraries or housing offices or, in certain cases, by having officers come out to visit you after you've made a call.

James Fallah Williams NUJ Political Reporter Hunger Strike Illegal

Journalist and Human Rights Campaigner James Fallah Williams, illegal immigrant goes on hunger strike for 19 days then is granted stay in the UK.

Mr Williams from Sierra Leone, West Africa has been in the UK for around 14 years illegally where he had come to study, Williams had been told to go home by the UK Boarder Agency then turned up the pressure and threatened to deport Williams.

NUJ Member Williams and political journalist turned to a hunger strike saying the UK Boarder Agency had “Miss handled his asylum case”, The UK Boarder Agency back down and gave Williams the rights to stay.

RWB Correspondents have tried to talk to the NUJ Manchester representative surrounding Mr Williams case, but we couldn’t understand what they were saying to us, and we will require an interpreter.

Mark Shepherd Business Manager Salford School Who Stole £120K

Wentworth High School Eccles £2 Million pound in dept, see the business manager Mark Shepherd stole £120K to fund his own home improvements and new car project.
Shepherd who was brought in to make cuts and regain some of the 2 million pound dept of overspending the Salford school had made in the previous years.

Shepherd spent the schools money, on a full refit of his bathroom and other improvements to his house in westhoghton, amongst the loot was a new car for him self, he paid off his own dept of £30K in unpaid credit card bills, he also bought a smart car for the school and sold it off to pocket the profit for him self.

Shepherd’s wife Brazen, a church going women was totally unaware of just what her husband was up to as he told her he had won cash on his premium bonds.
Shepherd was clocked by one of his colleges, who had discovered that he had rented two storage units, one for the schools belongings and one for shepherds haul.

At Minsull Street Crown Court Shepherd admitted four charges of fraud and abuse of his position at the Salford school. The court heard how Shepherd had carried out 37 fraudulent transactions worth a total of £121,732.

Shepherd the civil servant business manager who was paid £37K a year employed in 2007, started hitting the school’s accounts almost a week in to his employment, he started by stealing £500 cheque what was he said for petty cash. Shepherd also convinced work colleagues to counter sign fraudulent cheques by lying about what the money would be used for, Shepherd also got that confident he would not get caught he started to transfer money straight from the schools bank account right to his own.

RWB correspondent spoke to Gary Tumulty, Salford BNP Organiser who says “It appalling to think that a school in dept, employee’s a man who is destine to steal even more off them, Shepherd has really got no morals, I hope the man is made to pay back what he took, and will get a lengthy sentence from the judge at the sentencing”

Jill Baker was at the heart of a tragic murder of a toddler 2 year old Demi Leigh Mohan who was killed by a baby sitter in July 2008

Mrs Baker was told by chief executive Barbara Spicer, at the time of baby Demi Leigh Mohan’s murder no further action would be taken against, Later an independent report it was found Demi’s case was totally over looked by Salford Councils Social Services, which lead to Mrs Baker’s dismissal for gross misconduct.

Labour Leader Councillor Merry said “He had lost all confidence is Mrs Baker, and found it impossible to explain his that decision, as he had not been in on the decision its self,”

Mrs Baker who is suing Salford Council for unfair dismissal who said she thinks she is being made a scapegoat for other councillors within Salford.

At least 2500 British National Party Leaflets have been pushed out right across in such a shot amount of time, and the general feeling in the air is there is a lot of support out there, By passers on the busy main road also stopped to ask us for leaflets and they do agree with us that we are the only party to restore peace and order on the streets of the UK
Dot Sayers. Organiser said “Following Nick's plea about being active this weekend, I ordered 4000 leaflets, Saturday afternoon, we received the leaflets which were delivered by Chris from Burnley. Andy then started folding them while i was trying to organise some help for leafleting. Thanks to Kevin, he put out the plea for us, and Gary and Ed from Salford responded and came to help, and we also had help from Darren who is a very valued member of our group in Bolton. It was a very good day and people were asking us for leaflets as we were posting them, and the response was fantastic, and people were agreeing with all we were saying. Hopefully this leaflet will open people's eyes to the fact that Nick Griffin and the British National Party have been right all along. A big thank you to everyone who helped it is very appreciated.”
Andy Sayers. Secretary added “4000 leaflets were delivered to our house on Saturday afternoon. I began folding them straight away in order to have them ready for the Sunday morning leafleting. Up to that time, there was Only Dot who was going to go out on her own. I then put out a call for help, and Gary the Salford organiser and Ed came over to help. Darren from Bolton also came to give a helping hand”

“Despite the heavy rain they set off and delivered over 2000 leaflets. After Gary and Ed went home, Dot and Darren went back out for another hour or so, while i continued to carry on folding leaflets. Whilst folding the Can Anyone Restore Order leaflet, Dot had the idea of also putting in the Referendum petition and the We want our country back leaflets, so we ended up with a super pack for all to read, and they were very well received. And a big thank you to everyone who helped” Andy concluded.

Salford BNP Team With Organiser Gary Tumulty & Chairman Nick Griffin MEP

Salford branch of the British National Party received a warm welcome when they visited the three main shopping districts in the city with the party's latest campaign 'Who can restore order'?. Salford shopping city, the scene of mass rioting and looting by gangs of black youths and white anarchists, was the first area to be visited. The public, understandably subdued, were keen to voice their concerns to activists, and many took handfuls of leaflets to give to friends and family.

Next to be visited was Swinton, and there was a similar response. Luckily, Swinton escaped any major trouble, but residents were equally shocked and concerned about the scenes that tore the heart out of a community just a couple of miles down the road. As in the previous area, shoppers were keen to take the leaflets to give to loved ones and work colleagues.

The final area to be visited was Eccles town centre, where chairman and North West MEP Nick Griffin joined with local activists to give his support to residents. Locals were very keen to chat with Mr Griffin, and a small queue formed. All were shocked and appalled by what happened, and sought reassurances that the British National Party were going to do everything in their power to highlight the failings of a multicultural society, and that the party will put pressure on local and central Government to bring in legislation that ensures shocking scenes that scarred the city will never be repeated. Mr Griffin was only to keen to reassure everybody, and promised to never give up the fight to ensure that places like Salford will always receive his support as its MEP.

Gary Tumulty, Salford organiser, was delighted with the response in Salford, Swinton and Eccles. " As always, the people of this great city come together in adversity" said Mr Tumulty. " It was pleasing to see the city uniting in it's condemnation of the rioting scum that tried to bring anarchy to the usually peaceful streets of Salford. As a branch, we will be working hard with local communities to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again" Mr Tumulty concluded.

The public once more gratefully received ‘We want our country back’ National Leaflets for a massive recruitment drive for the party, We had that many people wanting our newest leaflet that we actually run out of supplies,

Many people are concerned about their country and are in agreeance with our party, enough is enough and we want it back. Lots of the public again wanting to shake Nick Griffin’s hand and have a picture took with him, and to tell him what a wonderful job he does as their MEP.

Her embarrassment was further compounded when people 'tweeting' her gaffe reposted it that many times it 'trended' or became the most tweeted topic.

Hazel, I'm sorry love, but you really are NOT up to the job are you? Even the normal people from salford know its the school holidays. Time for you to go on you jolly way I think. You are not liked by the majority of true Salfordians, you only get re-elected because you gerrymander the vote by moving in grateful immigrants into housing that should be allocated to locals.

Council Leader On Salford Referrendum

The very 'special' leader of Salfords Labour council has come out in defiance of giving the residents of Salford a referendum on whether they want an elected mayor or not. Mr John Merry has cited cost to the taxpayer as one of the reasons that it is a bad idea. He claims that to hold a referendum in Salford would cost in excess of £150,00, money he has more than likely set his heart on for himself. Merry also bleats about how an elected mayor would have more political power than him, something which he cannot abide since how else would he do his shady dealings and backhanders when an elected mayor can implement policy without consulting the council?

Another gripe from the 'special' one is that an elected mayor is paid more than him. He doesn't like that. Merry has been at the top of the tree for many years when it comes to stealing from the Salford taxpayer, so for some Johnny come lately to come and knock the bloated one off his perch is a little hard for him to take.

The Salford branch of the British National Party has a message for Merry, we WILL be standing a candidate for mayor, and we are currently in the process of selecting someone right now. We WILL be urging Salfordians to get behind our campaign, and we WILL have plenty of resources to achieve our aim. It is high time that Salford had a real representative, not one that likes to fill his own pockets with the ill-gotten gains from the Salford purse.

Crazy Copper Ranting From The Top.

Greater Manchester Police finally lose the plot and top cop Peter Fahy, Chief Constable, seizes his moment to make wicked claims and rants in the Manchester Evening News and Salford Advertiser.

Common purpose cop Fahy claim “Far Right Groups” are linked to the riots in Salford and Manchester, how ludicrous and stupid is that claim?, This is a open attack on the British National Party and a mind manipulating game played by the police and the media,

Does top cop Fahy forget it was the British National Party who first raised concerns in Salford, as his under dogs were not taking the threat seriously? Does the top cop also forget it was advice from the British National Party that had the Salford Precinct evacuated, and saved live’s ? Does the top cop not appreciate the British National Party was on site at the riot and reporting the truth as it all unfolded in front of our eyes?

Its apparent the Top copper of Greater Manchester Police has not been advised of the racist threats that was made towards the white community of Salford , yes Peter Fahy, racism does cut both ways

The majority of the arrests made were all made at Moss Side, Hulme, Cheetham Hill, Levenshulme and Ancoats. These are mainly black populated communities so when he says “Far Right Groups” is he talking about “Black Supremacist Groups” ?

The British National Party was in the area, but we are not far right, and we certainly were not taking part in any rioting, looting or any orchestrating of serous disorder,

I suggest Greater Manchester Police get on with the job in hand and stop blaming others for the “Far Left” labour councils mistakes in cutting policing in Salford, as for the Labour Councillor who spoke in Salford advertiser also attacking the British National Party and would not reveal his identity, you are a coward and as Far Left Extreme Labour Activists were caught some time ago smashing British National Party Members and Officials windows it wouldn’t surprise me if you lot were in the thick of all that, After all our correspondents did spot one of those who was arrested.

We think top cop Peter Fahy should explain him self properly and just clarify who he is talking about, and get on with policing the streets and gaining control again, rather than getting involved with politics, of which it is plain he knows nothing of.

Nick Griffin Salford & Northwest MEP and Leader of the British National Party, takes time to come an visit his constituency to just witness first hand the aftermath of all of the damage left from the previous nights riots.

The locals have been blamed but it is very apparent it was not them, but the gangs who have came from surrounding area’s to attack the precinct, Gangs were from Hulme, Levenshulme, Ancoats, Cheetham hill and Moss Side, some locals did get caught up in the riot, but the British National Party can report this as we was there and witnessed first hand the carnage that took place, and 75% arrest’s that have been made by the Police are from those surrounding estates

Activists who were at the scene on the night of the riot can confirm that, very nice high performance car’s full of black members of the society were circulating the area’s and seemed to be directing the trouble. It was also noted that left wing student type anarchist and activists from Anti fascist group shown up 30 minutes before the rioting took place

Gary Tumulty Salford British National Party Organiser said “I am very disappointed with what I saw in Salford, the streets were lost and over run, with a racial elements involved as we reported on earlier this week, Greater Manchester Police need to find their back bone and stop the people coming in to Salford causing the trouble and looting,

John Merry labours leader of the council said on ITV this week that all Salford residents found to be looting or rioting will be evicted, I just hope that other councils take that approach, but then I hope Salford do not take any evicted from other area’s like moss side, we don’t want that sort of calibre in our city”

Hazel Blears was in Manchester city centre giving interviews in the morning, but just where was she in Salford, I was out all day with Nick Griffin MEP and every one I spoke to had not seen little Hazel, so when her town as in trouble and needed help and support she was no where in sight, One member of the public who I spoke to said “The last time he seen any thing like this, he was wearing body armour, holding a rifle in his hand, and doing a tour of Bosnia for the British Army”

I would like to also take this opportunity to thank all British National Party Activists who were brave enough to go out on the day of the rioting and give live reports and take pictures and keep the country up to date with activities as they unfolded” Gary concludes
